Once food preparation has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Scheduled Orders

Orders scheduled for future delivery may be cancelled before preparation starts.

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.

Bulk, Party & Corporate Orders

Bulk, party, and corporate orders require advance planning and resource allocation.

Cancellation requests for such orders may be subject to cancellation charges depending on the stage of preparation.

Advance payments made for confirmed bulk orders may be non-refundable in certain cases.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

❌ Customer unavailable at delivery location

❌ Incorrect delivery address provided by customer

❌ Delay caused by customer unavailability

❌ Change of mind after order confirmation

❌ Food consumed substantially before reporting an issue

❌ Minor variations in taste, appearance, or packaging

❌ Delays caused by traffic, weather, public events, or force majeure situations

4. Delivery Issues

If you receive:

- Wrong items

- Missing items

- Damaged packaging

- Quality-related concerns

Please contact us immediately with relevant details.

Each case will be reviewed individually.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing time may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.

6. Subscription Plans

Weekly and Monthly Meal Plans are governed by separate operational guidelines.

Unused meals, missed deliveries due to customer unavailability, or voluntarily skipped meals may not be eligible for refunds unless specifically approved.

7. Kirti's Kitchen Rights

Kirti's Kitchen reserves the right to:

- Approve or reject refund requests after review

- Request supporting information regarding complaints
